The funds will be shown as pending until the guarantee is met at which time the funds will be available for withdrawal by the recruiter.

The answer is simply yes. Through our referral program, any employer that signs up with your recruiter code will earn you 2% of all placements made with that employer regardless if you are the recruiter who successfully places the candidate. For example if you refer over Nike, any recruiter who places a candidate with Nike, you will receive 2% of that placement fee. If over a five (5) year span, 250 placements are made with Nike through RecruitHire you will receive 2% of all those placement fees.
